Petty put the GT-R’s face on the Stagea for a reason other than how it looks. Behind that beautiful exterior is a full conversion of an R34 GT-R’s mechanical parts. Part of this conversion is a powerful 2.6-liter twin-turbocharged straight-six RB26DETT engine currently running at an impressive 18psi.

The car’s current owner says that in the past year, about $5,000 has been spent on repairs and maintenance. This means getting new turbos to replace the old ones and re-aligning the front of the car to make it look better.
